Maria has been playing around town for years, and is one of the hottest female singers in Memphis. She’s performed with several notable bands including The Hombres, R. B. & the Gang, The Big Chill, Streetlife and the Desert Wine Band. She’s also backed-up two of Beale Street’s finest - blues master Ricky Harvey and soul man Ben Cauley. Several of her own bands along the way include The Weight, Maria & the G.E.’s, and the blues-rockers Redhouse.
